We are excited to announce that the above companies will be amalgamated as part of our strategic plan to consolidate our operations under a single banner. Our companies have enjoyed tremendous growth since acquisition in 2017 & 2019 and we expect this change will contribute to further growth. Â
It was important for us to be able to pivot quickly and introduce more products and services to support our builder partners and customers, while improving internal efficiencies by consolidating under a single company. Â
NorthShore Ltd will continue to offer the same great products and services, while also expanding our services to include our recently formed window/door division and custom metal fabrication. Our aim is to offer our customers improved savings and outcomes when utilizing all our services in a single project. Â
As part of the amalgamation, we will consolidate our operations to our owned premises at 25 Sandford Fleming Drive where we will substantially expand our showroom. Our warehouse facilities will be moved to 91 Sandford Fleming, Unit 7, where we plan to have inventory available for sale. This 10,000 sqft facility will also accommodate Jake Mealey/Black Spruce Designs (custom metal fabrication shop) as well as our new partnership with Aluzy Aluminum Window/Door Systems. Â
Management roles will also be changed with the promotion of Darryl Davis to President, Denise Savoy as Controller and John Mealey as Chief Executive Officer. Alex Adams has become Glass Division Manager. Matt Short will head up the Aluzy Division. Â
